We have employed a very knowledgeable Homeland Security Instructor, Rick Lack. Rick has been teaching for Fusion Centers and Law Enforcement Agencies throughout the State of California for the past 10 years.
He is now bringing his expertise to Texas. Rick has an extensive law enforcement background and brings a unique perspective to the Training.
